ImpactEd projects are being taught by educators at pioneering universities.
Our approach is focused on enabling educators, students, and partners to find success.
Before developing ImpactEd, we spent two years meeting with educators, students, and real-world organizations across six continents. In the process, we learned about the needs of higher education and the workforce. This ultimately led us to design a system that enables universities to bring their existing learning practices into the 21st century.
Our projects increase student engagement, self-reliance, and understanding of course material.

ImpactEd was started by a college student who imagined a better way
to learn by doing in the 21st century.
When Austin was a junior in college, he felt a disconnect between his learning in the classroom and his success in the real-world. This story is not unique. There are 100 million university students around the world who spend four years studying going through theoretical learning exercises, while facing uncertainty about their ability to solve problems in their field of study.
ImpactEd makes it easy for educators to modernize their classrooms, and connects students with the learning experiences they need to find early career success. As a team of recent college grads and industry experts, we have designed ImpactEd as a way to empower students to become competent professionals and conscious citizens. Our method demonstrates a 22% increase in student engagement compared with a standard course, as evidenced in a study conducted with University of Gothenburg.
ImpactEd gets better with each new collaboration, so bring on the ideas, questions, and collaboration proposals. Within this box, there is no such thing as a bad idea!
